What You’ll Do

  • Production Management of 5 lines Denims Product
  • Build a strong, motivated production team capable of consistently delivering high quality denim products against aggressive production target
  • Empower the your team to collaborate with IE, Mechanical, Quality Dept to improve product manufacturability and line productivity
  • Develop training programs and hiring plans for assembly team members
  • Support issue resolution including root cause investigation and corrective action tracking
  • Ensure quality standards are being met throughout the entire production process and support no defects from leaving a station or team area
  • Develop and maintain Standardized Manufacturing Instructions used in production assembly by the assembly team members
  • Trouser line people leaders are responsible for a variety of Social, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) assurance functions, including ensuring their teams’ safety training is current, documenting EHS incidents, proactively correcting workplace hazards in the areas, and empowering others to continuously improve operations

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience managing teams of people in a high volume denim manufacturing setting
  • Must have experience in Production Department or IE Department
  • Experience in selecting and developing new team members
  • Ability to work with and develop production performance metrics (efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, costs)
  • Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
  • Communicate clearly using excellent written and verbal skills; able to interface with seniors and leaders on a daily basis and strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Professional skill on common MS office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Required education graduation in Textile Eng, IPE, Science, BBA, Statistics, Economics, Accounts & Finance, Management / HRM, or any others subject
