What You’ll Do:

  • Develops and overseers strategies to ensure the organization’s long-term financial viability to realize its vision.
  • Identify and purpose opportunities for revenue growth, including expanding into new markets and increasing sales in existing markets.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and improve operational efficiencies to maximize profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the company, including operations, financial and, strategic risk.
  • Ensure that all products meets industry standards and customer expectations for quality and reliability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Address customer feedback and concerns to improve service quality.
  • Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, as well as allocate resources responsibly, in order to ensure the financial sustainability of the organization.
  • Guide the organization in attaining its short-term and long-term objectives on a consistent basis.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient production and delivery of products like Civil Construction, Ready-mis concrete, Stone chips, Bitumen, Lube oil, and Asphalt.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Master’s in Business / Economics / Finance or any other relevant discipline from a leading business institute / university.
  • Min 15 years of experience in a relevant industry in local or MNC. Must be in C-Level at present or member of Senior Management Team or MANCOM Member. Leadership role in experience of business development, tech savviness, complying matrices inclusive of compliance, control, service and, development of human resources.
