What You’ll Do:
- People Management Activities at Industry.
- Team work with other manager for department operational work.
- Ensure Manpower Recruiting as per Management Approval.
- Payroll Management for give on time Salary on each month, prepare all salary sheet before 2nd of Month and handover to Audit Dept for pre-audit
- Ensure the rules and regulations have placed proper way.
What You’ll Bring
- 10 years experiences in Garments HR Management
- Graduation in any subject from any renowned institutes.
- MBA in HRM (prefer)
- Professional English Communication
- Computer Skills- MS Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation
