What You’ll Do
- As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of assigned projects and programs, ensuring the projects success in close collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Commercial project management for projects in close partnership with the project manager and project team in national and international business from the receipt of the order to the end of the warranty.
- Handling of commercial and financial activities for Field Services and Tool Depot (from Order handling to execution).
- Commercial management of internal Service Level Agreements and THOP Agreements.
- Commercial management of service orders for the timely execution of the orders, including creating project work breakdown structure (WBS), setting up project in SAP, revenue recognition, creating purchase orders and invoicing (base on time and material / hourly rates).
- Support all other financial and commercial aspects such as tax issues and L/Cs.
- Interfacing and close collaboration with partners such as legal, sales team, FSBO, SCM, CF Tax and Accounting, as well as the regional commercial team.
- Continuous improvement of relevant processes, procedures and tools.
- Any other commercial and financial duties assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- Sound degree in Finance / Economic / Business / Accounting or any relevant field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in commercial project management in an international business environment.
- Knowledge of project calculation, project financing, insurance, taxes and duties, export control as well as contractual terms and condition.
- Knowledge about MS-Office, SAP and affinity for digital solutions in project controlling and project reporting.
- Very good understanding of IFRS
- Professional English Communication
